The OT will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery and quality of life.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nConduct evaluations and implement treatment plans for patients in the rehabilitation unit.\nProvide therapy interventions to patients with various conditions, including neurological and orthopedic disorders.\nMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.\nEducate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and strategies to improve functional independence.\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.\n\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n\nMust possess a current Occupational Therapy license.\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.\nExperience with EPIC charting system is required.\n\n\nWhy ARMStaffing?\nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
