This role focuses on growing and managing a designated sales territory, identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer goals and supply chain objectives, and delivering value-driven solutions. The Sales Professional is expected to build relationships with key decision-makers, consistently exceed sales targets, and provide regular cost-savings reports.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToDevelop strategic plans and accurate forecasts for assigned accountsCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external customers, proactively resolving complex issuesDevelop and manage the assigned sales territoryGrow and maintain both new and existing customer accountsStay current on industry trends and product knowledge related to pumps, compressors, and blowersIdentify new sales and service opportunities within the territoryProvide solutions to customer challenges using company products (pumps, compressors, and blowers)Understand customer objectives, including operational and supply chain initiatives, and proactively offer solutionsBuild and expand relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizationsDemonstrate a customer-focused approach with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and delivering cost savingsPrepare and present routine cost-savings reports, with customer validation when possibleMaintain strong process discipline and organizational practicesProvide monthly DXP reports for key accounts, highlighting service issues, competitive activity, customer initiatives, and cost savingsQualifications Include, But Are Not Limited ToMinimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in industrial products, preferably pumps, compressors, and blowers, or related experienceStrong customer service mindsetProficient in computer applicationsHighly organized and detail-orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience developing proposals and delivering solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionProven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, including repeat and add-on businessValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record per company guidelines#ZRTSAdditional InformationPhysical Demands: N/AWorking Conditions: Combination of office work and travel to customer locationsTraining/Certifications: None requiredSchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMTravel: OccasionalEducation: High school diploma or equivalentLocation: USA:OK:TulsaDXP offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time regular employees, normally working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, and additional supplemental benefits.
