Sr. Compensation Analyst
Senior Compensation Analyst (Contract – 6 Months)Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)Overview:Seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to provide consulting and analytical support for compensation programs, job evaluation, and pay practices across assigned business units.Key Responsibilities:Advise business units on compensation issues (new roles, equity, hiring rates, wage & hour, policy)Develop, interpret, and maintain compensation policiesConduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay structuresManage and maintain job descriptions ensuring regulatory complianceSupport major compensation initiatives (focal review, wage adjustments, HR automation projects)Design and recommend salary structures, incentive plans, and pay programs aligned with business goalsStay current with federal, state, and local compensation lawsProvide analytics, reporting, and compensation evaluation supportPartner with leadership and HR teams to influence compensation decisionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (required)3+ years HR experience, including 2+ years in compensationStrong knowledge of wage & hour laws and performance managementExperience leading or supporting large HR/compensation projectsStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to influence and consult with leadershipPreferred:Experience in healthcare or large organization environment
