Commercial Roofing Estimator

A&M Home Services | Plymouth, INA&M Home Services is growing and currently seeking a Commercial Estimator to join our Commercial Sales division. This role works closely with the Commercial Manager to increase capacity, support sales growth, and ensure accurate, competitive project bids.As a Commercial Estimator, you will identify new bidding opportunities through public and private channels, perform detailed take-offs from construction drawings and job site visits, and prepare accurate cost-to-produce budgets and proposals.This position requires strong knowledge of construction, estimating expertise, and the ability to manage multiple bids while maintaining accuracy and organization.About The CompanyA&M Home Services, located in Plymouth IN, specializes in roofing, siding, windows, and more, dedicated to enhancing residential & commercial properties with excellence and satisfaction.
