ensuring continuity of delivery, documentation, and knowledge transfer.\nQualifications\nRequired\n10+ years of experience leading technical delivery in a structured environment, including 5+ years managing multi-team programs or large portfolios.\nProgram Management Professional (PMP) certification required.\nDemonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams (i.e., BA, QA, developers, platform teams, architects, operations, database teams).\nStrong experience managing federal clients and stakeholder expectations in regulated environments.\nProven ability to establish program governance, delivery controls, and reporting cadences that drive predictability and accountability.\nStrong understanding of software delivery across SDLC and operations (i.e., requirements, development, testing, release planning, change coordination, and sustainment).\nExperience with Agile delivery and execution management across multiple teams (i.e., sprint/release planning, backlog governance, throughput/capacity management).\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for federal stakeholders and executive audiences.\nAbility to obtain Public Trust
