Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Silver Spring, MD. The Maintenance Technician will perform day-to-day operational tasks including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor to complex repairs. The role will involve ensuring all equipment and systems function effectively and performing routine checks to avoid unexpected breakdowns. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe and operational property for tenants and staff.
