This role owns discrete automation capabilities end-to-end, contributing production-quality Infrastructure-as-Code, pipelines, and operational tooling that improve security posture, reliability, and cost efficiency across Azure environments.\nPrimary Responsibilities\n\nDesign, enhance, and maintain Azure Infrastructure-as-Code using ARM modules and examples\nBuild and operate CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and GitHub used to validate, package, and release SCIA automation\nDevelop operational automation supporting patching, scaling, diagnostics enforcement, cost optimization, and policy compliance\nLead technical onboarding engagements with application teams and resolve deployment or configuration issues\nParticipate in PI planning, backlog refinement, and change-managed release activities\nPerform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers\nRequired Qualifications\n\n3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation roles\nHands-on experience deploying and operating workloads in Microsoft Azure\nStrong automation and scripting skills using Python, PowerShell, or Bash\n2–5 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript for automation, tooling, or CI/CD pipeline development\nExperience working in enterprise environments with formal change management and release controls\nExpected Impact\nWithin the first 6–12 months, this role will own key automation components, reduce friction for onboarding teams, and contribute measurable improvements to platform reliability, security, and Azure cost efficiency.\nCompensation\n\nThe salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role.
