You will act as the Functional Owner of specific client features, the Builder of the core UI/logic, and the Developer of complex programmatic solutions. Your mission is to ensure that Lockbox LIMS is not only technically sound but also aligned with the complex, regulated workflows of modern laboratories.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEngage directly with stakeholders to determine, write, and obtain client approval for detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.\nLead functional testing and conduct live demos to solicit feedback and ensure high user adoption.\nConfigure Lockbox LIMS and Salesforce functionality, including Protocols, CSV import templates, permission sets, validation rules, sharing rules, formulas, and reporting.\nDesign and build Salesforce Flows.\nDevelop custom Apex, Visualforce (VF), and Lightning Web Components (LWC) when out-of-the-box configuration reaches its limit.\nDeliver tested solutions that meet the approved Acceptance Criteria.\nWork closely with Software Project Managers to communicate progress and escalate risks.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\n\nRequired\n\nSalesforce Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.\nWorkflow Analysis and Documentation: Strong capability in capturing, analyzing, and documenting complex lab and business workflows. This includes documenting at both a high-level and task-level detail using long-form text and diagrams for effective requirement management and workflow design.\nCommunication and Facilitation: Excellent listening, communication, and customer-facing skills, with a proven ability to effectively facilitate discussions and explain technical concepts to non-technical lab stakeholders.\nIndustry Experience: Experience in laboratory, healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or similar environments.\nLanguage: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to lead meetings and draft technical documentation independently.\nAvailability: Consistent availability during core business hours in the United States and/or Europe to facilitate collaboration.\n\nPreferred\n\nFamiliarity with lab informatics software including lab information management system platforms.\nSalesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer, or other relevant certifications.\nExperience with Java, C#, HTML, CSS, or other similar languages.\nFamiliarity with laboratory and related regulatory frameworks, such as CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, and GDPR.\nHands-on laboratory experience and proven ability to consult with PhD-level stakeholders with complex operational requirements.\nExperience working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.\nExperience in cross-cultural collaboration, particularly with teams in North America and Europe.\nAdvanced degree in biology, computer science, or a related field.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nEmail your resume and cover letter to Careers@ThirdWaveAnalytics.com.
