{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"b5b94c2b61aaa61a3dcc4b3e","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/b5b94c2b61aaa61a3dcc4b3e","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/b5b94c2b61aaa61a3dcc4b3e","title":"DISPENSING OPERATOR - Second Shift","description":"Florida Supplement\nMon - Fri\n3:30PM - 12:00AM\n\nTITLE: Dispensing Operator B\n\nPOSITION OBJECTIVE: Under minimal supervision, perform manufacturing tasks as assigned in the Manufacturing Department\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.\nCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.\nProficiency in basic math is required.\nA minimum of one year of equivalent machine operation experience required.\nPrior experience in a pharmaceutical/nutraceutical environment, familiar with manufacturing processes and equipment procedures preferred.\nExperience with tablet presses or encapsulation machines preferred.\nHigh School Diploma.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nOperate and clean manufacturing equipment.\nTransport bulk raw material from staging area to compounding weight room.\nVerify all bulk raw materials for accuracy and quantities received.\nWeight individual raw materials as per the product formula and follow batching\nprocedures.\nPerform changeover and set-up of designated manufacturing equipment.\nPractice Good Manufacturing procedure as trained in cGMP training.\nRequired to wear appropriate safety equipment and adhere to safety procedures and Federal and State regulations.\nAssist manufacturing supervisor in the collection and summarization of in-line Q.C.data.\nFollow procedures described in SOP’s (Q.C. and MFG.) and report deviations to the\nimmediate supervisor.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor.\nFollows established procedures including standard operating procedures (SOP’s),\ncGMP, food safety regulations, and safety procedures.\nEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.\nCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.\nTRAINING:\n\nWorking knowledge of Safety in the Workplace Rules and Regulations, preferred.\nWorking knowledge of cGMP's, a plus.\nMACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, ELECTRONIC DEVICES & SOFTWARE:\n\nknowledge of Lockout/Tag out and MSDS\nPHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:\n\nAbility to lift up 50 lbs.\nAbility to stand up for 8-10 hours daily.\nFlorida Supplement is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
