Lead Full Stack .Net Developer

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing .Net applicationsThis is a long term contract that is hybrid 3 days per week in the Glenview areaResponsibilitiesAssess the current environment (ASP.NET 4.2) and develop a roadmap toward modern .NET Core or potential future migration to AWSProduce high‑quality technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and modernization plansCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure modernization efforts align with business, compliance, and regulatory requirementsQualifications5+ years of experience in .Net / .Net Core software engineering, architecture, or modernization rolesStrong background in .NET, including legacy ASP.NET and modern .NET Core frameworksExperience developing web-based applications in C#, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript/ASP, or .NETExperience working with MS SQL Server and MySQL Knowledge of practices and procedures for full software design life cycleJQuery and Webforms experience requiredExperience with cloud migration strategies, particularly AWSPay around 60-70/hr
