I-CAR leadership believes that the future of the organization will be importantly influenced by its continuing innovation and relevance of its products, technical programs and services.\r\nJob Summary\r\nThe Application Administrator will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. The Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and adding basic custom fields.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.\r\nRESPONSIBILITIES\r\nCreate and Manage Changes to the System –\r\nProactively seek out and identify needed system changes.\r\nProactively gather feedback from users.\r\nManage system changes without interruption to the user.\r\nWorking in cooperation with the Learning Management System (LMS) administrator, maintain and support the data exchange process between Salesforce and the LMS.\r\nProvide support functions as needed.\r\nMaintain System, Security and Integrity\r\nMap salesforce.com hierarchy and territories in response to personnel changes.\r\nReassign Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in response to personnel changes.\r\nMaintain security including sharing rules and security levels.\r\nDesign, Create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies.\r\nMonitor application storage usage and archive data as needed.\r\nProcess Creation, Documentation and Maintenance\r\nDevelop process documentation and field maps.\r\nCreate new processes and associated reporting.\r\nData Quality, Migration and Maintenance\r\nAssist with migration from older systems/processes into Salesforce.com.\r\nMonitor neglected Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, and Contacts as appropriate.\r\nImport data as appropriate.\r\nMonitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with Salesforce.\r\nMonitor and improve data quality.\r\nEnsure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required; Removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow.\r\nReport and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance\r\nBuild and manage report folders for reps to improve sales efficiency.\r\nSkills and Aptitudes\r\nDemonstrates considerable knowledge and understanding of job duties, equipment and appropriate work methods. Is able to perform a wide variety of job-related tasks. Applies knowledge and skills to produce high-quality work. Completes assignments in a thorough and accurate manner. Uses sound judgment when necessary to reassess projects when unforeseen situations arise. Is a subject matter expert.\r\nA system administrator needs a solid understanding of the organization's business. They must have solid salesforce.com skills and ideally, understand the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).\r\nExperience and Education\r\n1 to 3 years of Salesforce administration experience\r\nKnowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and have successfully Expanded Salesforce capabilities using declarative tools (Flows, custom objects, automation) and integrations; working knowledge of Apex preferred • Experience using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality\r\nSalesforce.com Administrator certification is required\r\nMinimum expectation of a Bachelors degree OR equivalent education/experience\r\nEEO Statement\r\nI-CAR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
