The Program Manager is accountable for NEOTech's operational performance to the customer and the achievement of NEOTech's internal financial performance of the customer. The PM works directly with sales to explore and grow new business opportunities within the existing customer base.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIdentify, define, document and manage customer expectations.\nResponsible for the overall Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) process for the customer.\nAligning the criteria with the customers expectations.\nResponsible for customer communication.\nKey interface between the customer and the CFT responsibilities.\nProgram updates inclusive of quality, cost and delivery.\nResponsible for sales order process as it relates to customer change requirements.\nCoordinate the program Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Mitigation Plan.\nCoordinate new quotes and ECO cost impact.\nCommunicate documentation needs and ensure receipt of requirements for product builds.\nMaintain and drive Action Item List.\nRepresent CFT in management account reviews.\nSchedule and lead cadence of activity with CFT and the customer.\nProvide solutions to the customer.\nAnticipate customer needs & provide proactive responses.\nWork closely with Operations to ensure timely implementation of production schedules.\nLimit customer and internal risks.\nDevelop and cultivate new business opportunities.\nContract Review.\nTerms and Conditions (Ts & Cs).\nActs as leader among CFT teams to ensure that time, risks, costs, quality and other project requirements are met.\nSets CFT priorities.\nAbility to manage internal CFT teams and equivalent customer levels.\nAbility to interface with key managers at NEO Techto achieve escalation of projects as required for completion.\nSupport and follow all ISO standards related to NEO Techs various Quality Management Systems.
