Large Frame Packager/Crate Builder

Job TypeFull-time Description Job ResponsibilitiesUse a radial arm saw to cut lumber to exact specifications Read a tape measure accurately (down to the 1/16" - no guessing) Read and follow a job packet with detailed build instructions Operate pneumatic staple guns and nail guns safely Install face retainers on frames when required Use an overhead crane and forklift safely to move large frames Climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, and stand for 8-12 hours per day on concrete Load Trucks as necessary Requirements Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma Prior Experience a plus Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesRead tape measure and perform simple math ie: %, angles, radius, sq. ft., etc. Basic Hand Tool knowledge Comfortable with measuring, cutting, and assembling materialsProven ability to follow instructions and stay organizedSafety-first mindset especially with tools, heavy materials, and equipment Dependable and able to work full shifts on your feet Team player who communicates well and works hard Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position with some overtime varying. First shift core hours are: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm M-F.
