You'll join at the perfect time to shape how we grow from here.\nWhat you’ll do:\nCollaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to design, develop, test, and ship features.\nBuild new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, maintenance, and polish.\nOwn and design changes to full system codebase while assisting with changing and documenting architecture and data flows.\nResearch and create proofs of concepts and introduce new technologies to the team.\nMentor others to accelerate their career-growth.\nHelp define platform capabilities and implement core solutions using solid design principles, balancing complexity, speed of implementation, reliability, and expandability.\nDiagnose and improve the quality of our end-to-end video experience.\nBuild and maintain a developer toolchain / environment that helps our engineers work efficiently.\nEvaluate and configure production systems including deployment, autoscaling, logging and monitoring.\nRequirements\nYou’re perfect for this role if you:\nHave a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.\nHave 5+ years building and maintaining quality user interfaces that have reached a large audience, ideally while the product is experiencing rapid growth.\nHave experience developing end-to-end application software development, including front end, back end, UI, and UX; we use TypeScript, React, and Node.js.\nHave relational database familiarity technologies with SQL.\nHave experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Google Cloud Platform.\nHave configured deployments, autoscaling, logging and monitoring in production environments.\nCan readily learn most technologies as you go.\nCare about the business implications of anything you build.
