Remote/Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Montgomery County, Prince George’s County (PG), and Charles County, MDJob Type: Part-Time, Contractor (Flexible Settings: Home, School, Community)Position SummaryWe are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide leadership and deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA), developing behavior intervention plans (BIP), supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensuring compliance with BACB standards, state regulations, and insurance requirements.Key Responsibilities:Assessment & Support Planning· Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments across home, school, and community environments· Develop, implement, and adapt individualized behavior support plans and skill-building programs· Apply evidence-based ABA strategies to promote positive behavior, daily living skills, and meaningful participation in everyday routines.Data Analysis & OutcomesAnalyze behavioral data to monitor client progress and treatment effectivenessAdjust treatment plans based on data-driven decision-makingEnsure generalization and maintenance of learned skills across environmentsSupervision & Staff DevelopmentProvide supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and behavior techniciansEnsure compliance with BACB supervision requirementsReview session documentation and provide performance feedbackCaregiver & Team CollaborationTrain caregivers and families on implementing behavioral strategiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams (educators, therapists, medical providers)Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and treatment planningCompliance & DocumentationMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (session notes, reports, treatment updates)Ensure compliance with BACB, HIPAA, state regulations, and payer requirementsSupport quality assurance initiatives and internal auditsRequired QualificationsEducationMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldCertification & LicensureActive Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (BACB)Current or eligible for state licensure in Maryland (or DC/VA as applicable)Experience1–2+ years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with ASD or developmental disabilitiesExperience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferredCore Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral interventionsExpertise in data collection, analysis, and treatment modificationLeadership, coaching, and team development skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExperience with electronic data systems (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst, Rethink) preferredWork EnvironmentService delivery across clinic, home, school, and community settingsTravel required within Montgomery, Prince George’s, and Charles CountiesPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, bend, and actively participate in sessionsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs as neededAbility to respond safely and effectively during behavioral interventionsCompliance & Professional StandardsMaintain active BCBA certification and continuing educationAdhere to HIPAA and confidentiality standardsFollow all organizational and state clinical policiesUphold ethical standards aligned with the BACB Code of EthicsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience, credentials, and location)Continuing education and professional development supportSupervision and career advancement opportunitiesEqual Opportunity Employer StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
