Field Superintendent - Commercial Sheet Metal Construction

Qualifications 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC.Proven crew and schedule management on commercial job sites.Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.OSHA 30 certification preferred.Strong knowledge of safety rules and compliance.Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Able to pass a background check.Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable).Overnight travel may be required.Ability to lead 30-50-man crews.
