The Project Manager helps drive execution by keeping teams aligned, tracking progress, and managing follow-up, while technical direction and engineering decisions remain with the assigned technical leads.\n\nThe ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience managing or coordinating projects, is comfortable with client-facing interactions, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n\nFor this role an onsite presence is often necessary, however, a hybrid arrangement could be considered.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage product development and testing programs from planning through execution and closeout\nOwn execution of assigned programs, including scope, schedule, budget tracking, and deliverables\nCoordinate scope changes, schedule impacts, and budget implications with internal stakeholders and clients\nDevelop and maintain project plans using tools such as Microsoft Project or Microsoft Planner\nCoordinate cross-functional project activities across engineering, technician, operations, purchasing, and client teams\nEnsure clear and consistent communication of project status, risks, decisions, and next steps to clients and stakeholders\nFacilitate client-facing discussions, project reviews, and internal coordination meetings\nTrack action items, decisions, risks, open issues, and project dependencies\nMaintain organized records of project activities, documentation, and deliverables\nRequirements\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering management, or a related technical discipline\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, program coordination, or a related field\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nDemonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications\nDemonstrated organizational and project coordination abilities\nProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint\nExperience using Microsoft Project or similar project management software\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience managing projects in a manufacturing, product development, laboratory, or technical services environment\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders\nExperience preparing project status reports, schedules, meeting agendas, and action-item trackers\nFamiliarity with project management practices such as risk tracking, change management, issue management, and schedule control\nKEY COMPETENCIES\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders\nStrong attention to detail and execution discipline\nComfortable leading client-facing interactions and project reviews\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to keep teams aligned and accountable\nCuriosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and business workflows\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nFrequent collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced project environment\nRegular participation in client meetings, project reviews, and internal planning discussions\nThe compensation range posted represents the full salary range for the role.
