Civil Engineering Land Development Designer with AutoCAD Experience Well established Civil Engineering firm in Riverside County with extensive experience in land development civil engineering, surveying and land planning services is seeking the following: We are looking for exceptional People for all positions especially civil designers and AutoCAD 3D design experience in land development and public works. Under the direct supervision of a professional engineer, you will perform detailed design on a variety of civil engineering projects; prepare construction drawings and other miscellaneous engineering drawings and maps. Position Description: Prepares plans from conceptual design: grading plans, improvement plans & Tract Maps Responsible for timely completion of project construction documents: grading plans, improvement plans (street, sewer, water, storm drain, etc.) Analyzes, prepares or modifies reports, maps, drawings, plans, and specifications Assists in the development of proposals, peer reviews and due diligence research Comfortable working in a fast paced multi-tasking environment Independently evaluates, selects and adapts standard engineering practices and applies them to engineering design work The successful candidate will have: A bachelor's degree (preferred but not required) EIT certification (preferred but not required) 3-5+ years of successful, relevant experience in design and drafting Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD A high level of verbal and written communications skills Looking for local candidates within this industry, please NO mechanical, architectural or structural designers need apply.
