Job Summary: The selected candidate will play a vital role in the ongoing management of Prime Finance’s investor relationships. The Investor Relationships Team is responsible for all aspects of investor reporting, service, and operations. This role provides an opportunity to develop a broad range of real estate capital markets and relationship management expertise. It provides deep and extensive exposure to one of the nation’s premier institutional real estate finance companies, as well as a wide array of sophisticated investors. This position is responsible for assisting with the support of Finance’s investor relationships, including supporting investor reporting, creating investor meeting collateral, and managing investor requests for information. Essential Functions: Coordinate recurring investor and third-party investor related requests of information, reports and meetings, working closely with the senior Investor Relations leadership, legal, accounting, and investment teams, as necessary Intake and insert responses to Due Diligence requests, coordinating with internal departments for input as necessary, as well as consulting with compliance on review and edits Collaborate with Operations Analyst in portal administration including posting of relevant investor notices and sending investor communications Assist with the preparation of quarterly investor memos, including collecting the supporting schedules from various teams, leading initial drafts, updating for current quarter language and titling, and helping compile edits received from various team members Intake and coordinate responses to investor level requests, obtaining and memorializing fund and investment level data including cash flow analyses, portfolio look through, etc. in partnership with internal departments Assist with the coordination of proactive outreach to investors through maintenance of CRM and Heat Map Support VP, Investor Reporting and Operations in developing investor coverage model and scheduling proactive fund update meetings with the goal of building strong investor relationships Act as a main point of initial contact for investors, building and cultivating individual relationships over time Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or equivalent required 3+ years of experience in investor reporting capacity within a financial services or investment consulting environment required Very detail and investor oriented Investment acumen, with experience in basic portfolio management or alternative assets Understanding of investor relations strategy and framework Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Desire to grow into investor facing responsibilities with strong interpersonal skills Experience with client relationship management systems would be advantageous, including Yardi Investment Manager and JuniperSquare High-level of intellectual curiosity The expected annual base salary range for this role is $72,000 - $110,000. Actual base salary will be determined by several components, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills and qualifications, base salary of internal peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and a variety of financial, wellbeing, and health / welfare benefits.
