You’ll be part of a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive team that values your ideas and contributions.\nSummary:\nPrepares product for systems level assembly to include unpacking, set-up assembly, final packaging and repair as required.\nResponsibilities:\n\nAccesses the appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment\nVerifies kits, enters Batch lot information, package and label accessory items according to documented instructions\nUses appropriate mats and all required tooling\nChecks equipment (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to ensure proper performance\nUses manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervision\nMay assemble a variety of systems integration subassemblies\nNotifies leadership of any shut down situations\nEnters data into Process Feedback System (PFS) and link subassemblies to final unit\nEnters quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when required\nAll employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.\nDisassemble, repair and reassemble units in certified repair operations\nUse manufacturing routings and process instructions under minimal supervision\n\nOther information:\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of SI experience\nAbility to perform repair or test; Some heavy mechanical assembly\nDemonstrate good component recognition skills\nUnderstanding of basic computer skills\nEffective interpersonal skills\nDemonstrate high attention to detail\nDemonstrate discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when representing the company\nAbility to support a 24/7 global business operation as required\nAbility to work overtime as needed\nAbility to work with diverse groups\nParticipate in a continuous improvement activity\nAbility to read, write and perform basic math\n\nBenchmark considers this a safety-sensitive position.\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent\nGeographical Location: Minnesota: Rochester\nPhysical Location: Rochester, MN\nShift: Shift 2\nWork Schedule: M-Th 1545-0100\nFull Time\nExport Control: This job position may include access to controlled information or technology covered under applicable U.S. export control laws.
