If you're passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive impact, we encourage you to join our team!Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:Assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilitiesImplement behavior reduction and replacement strategiesCollect and record data on client behavior to track progress and inform treatment decisionsMaintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plansCollaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement new treatment plans and strategiesProvide support and education to family members and caregivers on implementing treatment plans in natural environmentsRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) Requirements:Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree in a related field preferredPrevious experience as an RBT is plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and environmentsTake the next step in making a meaningful difference as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!
