Account Executive

Position: Account Executive Company: Optimum Water Solutions Location: Brevard County, FL Type: Full-time Experience Level: 1 year Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm Travel: Up to 100% Salary: Based upon experience Benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay, Performance bonus, Quarterly bonus Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential customers in designated territory Generate leads through in-person prospecting and cold calling Build strong client relationships and act as primary point of contact Present and demonstrate hydration solutions, emphasizing benefits Collaborate with internal team for excellent customer experience Deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers Negotiate agreements and pricing Maintain accurate sales records using CRM system Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Contribute positively to company culture Hit minimum standards by following the process Requirements: Proven success in outside sales, preferably in water and ice industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel within assigned territory Proficiency in CRM software and Apple products Posses a winning attitude with the ability to comprehend necessary coaching and put it into action Posses a hunter mindset Bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Note: Optimum Water Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in our workforce.
