Learn more at rate.com."Rate is on the hunt for an amazing Regional Recruiting Mortgage Sales Recruiter to join our Team.Compensation: $65-$75k base plus bonusResponsibilitiesRecruit top quality branches, branch managers, sales managers and/or loan officersDirectly, and indirectly, manage the branches to Regional Sales targets set by the Divisional Sales Manager, and maximize the ability of the branches to effectively manage expenses and drive revenueConduct research on industry trends and best practices to identify and analyze trends and market intelligence for assigned an regional territory; providing regular feedback to assist in the development of sales strategiesWork with the Divisional Sales Manager to deliver a clear and concise monthly performance analysis that reflects that all branches under management are exceeding sales projections or develop a plan of action to meet stated goalsDesign and execute multi –level strategies to ensure regional market penetration in order to meet sales targets within a defined timelineTactically deliver on National Sales Managers established visionActively managing the branch pipeline, with the branch managers, on a daily basisQualificationsExperience as a Regional Manager or related position in the mortgage industryDetail oriented to drive the branches to achieve goalsEffective communicator.
