Legal Consultant

A company is looking for a Legal Consultant to provide legal research, drafting, and advisory support on administrative, contractual, and institutional matters. Key Responsibilities Prepare legal opinions and conduct legal research on various legal instruments Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda Provide legal support to administrative entities and assist in developing guidelines and procedures Required Qualifications University degree in law (required); advanced studies desirable Very good knowledge of English or Spanish, with working knowledge of the other; knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset Minimum seven (7) years of relevant legal experience for P3 level and five (5) years for P2 level Experience in international organizations is an asset
