The Project Manager I follows established processes while developing foundational project management skills.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\nThe statements below describe the essential duties of the person or persons assigned to this job. They are not intended as an exhaustive list of all job duties and responsibilities.\n\nAssist in budget monitoring and cost tracking.\n\nCommunicate project status updates to immediate manager and project team.\n\nFollow company policies and established project management methodologies.\n\nHelp coordinate resource assignments and monitor utilization.\n\nIdentify and report potential risks for review by senior staff.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation including project logs and records.\n\nSupport schedule management by tracking milestones and updating schedules.\n\nAssist in developing detailed project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\n\nFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello).\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\n\nBasic understanding of project management principles and terminology.\n\nMinimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)\n\nPursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field\n\nNo experience necessary.
