This role is responsible for assembling products, preparing materials, packaging finished goods, and maintaining quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nThe ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nAssemble products and components according to work instructions and production requirements\nPackage finished goods for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met\nLabel, inspect, and verify completed products prior to packing or shipping\nMaintain clean and organized workstations and production areas\nAssist with material movement and staging as needed\nIdentify and report damaged materials, product defects, or production issues\nFollow company safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times\nSupport general warehouse and production operations as assigned\nQualifications\nPrevious manufacturing, assembly, packing, or warehouse experience preferred\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production expectations\nStrong attention to detail and quality\nReliable attendance and punctuality required\nAbility to follow verbal and written instructions\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand for extended periods of time\nFrequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs\nRepetitive hand and arm movements throughout shift\nAbility to bend, stoop, and move throughout production areas\nSchedule & Work Environment\nMonday through Friday, occasional on weekends 5am-1:30pm\nOnsite role in Gardena, CA\nBenefits\nHealth insurance with option for employer-paid employee-only coverage\nDental and vision insurance (employee-paid)\nEmployer-paid life insurance policy\nVoluntary life insurance options\n401(k) retirement plan with company match\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable California employment laws.
