We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package - tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, vacation, and holidays.\n\nThe Assembler is responsible for constructing, assembling, testing, and preparing outdoor lawn and garden equipment, including gasoline-powered and battery-powered products such as lawn mowers, blowers, generators, attachments, and related components. This position supports the continuous flow of production while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nAssemble parts, components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.\nRead and interpret work instructions, drawings, diagrams, photographs, and sketches.\nAlign, fit, and secure parts to required specifications and tolerances.\nPerform assembly operations involving mechanical components and attachments.\nUse drills, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, gauges, and test fixtures.\nPackage, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.\nAbility to read and interpret assembly instructions\nProficiency using hand and power tools.\nStrong attention to detail and quality.\nMechanical aptitude and teamwork skills.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to stand for extended periods.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.\nManual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.\n\nWork Environment\n\nExposure to varying, noise, fuels, chemicals, and machinery.\nRequires strict adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.\n\nNote: The physical and weight-lifting demands described above represent essential functions of this position.
