engineers, architects, and platform teams.\nLead design reviews, architecture governance, and engineering standards discussions.\nInfluence technical direction across engineering organizations.\nServe as the primary technical advisor for platform modernization, DevOps strategy, and developer productivity initiatives.\nCollaborate with application and platform engineering teams to shape the objectives, BAU work, and team capacity are prioritized against broader technology goals.\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or software delivery platforms.\nProven experience architecting and operating enterprise-scale GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps environments.\nDeep expertise in CI/CD architecture, pipeline engineering, and software delivery modernization.\nExperience leading large-scale platform transformation and migration initiatives.\nStrong understanding of source control management, repository governance, release management, and software development lifecycle practices.\nHands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, reusable workflows, templates, and automation frameworks.\nStrong scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.\nExperience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep,
