Find out more about career opportunities to work with the best team in the industry.The role will manage the marketing & service processes within the Oil & Gas Service Team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with renewal meetings to present results to established client contactsLead a service team with a defined book of business, specializing in insurance placements for power and renewable energy clientsParticipate in client meetings and lead when necessaryUnderstand complex financial analysis and claims dataParticipate as needed in Prospect presentation meetingsPrepare renewal submissions for marketing; send and process complete renewal submissionsAnalyze quotes for accuracy and prepare spreadsheet of all quotes receivedAssist in data analysis to determine program structure optionsCreate client presentation including quotes, spreadsheet, contract comparison and other internal marketing materialsSubmit sold business to insurance market and oversee implementation processReview documents issued by insurance company for accuracy. Submit incorrect documents to insurance companies for revision.Assist in supervising support staff to help manage workflowOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree6+ years of Property & Casualty work experience requiredState specific license is requiredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong multitasking & time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office products; (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher)Professional in appearance and business conduct with strong customer serviceClick here for some insight into our culture!The Baldwin Group will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate who applies on our career site.
