House Cleaner

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services for residential properties, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial work, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services is a plus. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout each property Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation standards, and carpet cleaning methods Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and walking throughout properties Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Reliable transportation to reach various client locations (carpentry or driving experience is a plus) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for tasks completed Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and scheduling requirements This role is essential in helping us maintain our reputation for outstanding service.
