They facilitate unique personalized services, including private chefs, masseuses, and personalized tours, catering to a sophisticated clientele.🎯 What You’ll Do:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our sales initiatives and contribute significantly to our growth in the luxury villa rental market. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, managerial skills, and a strong understanding of guest relations within the luxury travel sector.✅ Your core responsibilities::- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for luxury villa rentals. - Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering an environment of performance and accountability. - Engage and communicate effectively with high-profile clients and travel professionals. - Respond promptly to incoming leads and establish strong client relationships. - Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline progress. - Train sales team on best practices in customer service and sales techniques. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.🔍 What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in sales management within the travel or luxury hospitality sector. - Strong understanding of CRM platforms (preferably Go High Level) and sales processes. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Familiarity with luxury travel destinations and hospitality services. Preferred Skills: - Ability to build and maintain relationships with upscale clients, including travel agents and celebrity assistants. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sales priorities effectively. - Experience in mentoring or leading a sales team. - Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Personality: - Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a positive attitude. - Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage clients with warmth and professionalism. - Ability to listen actively and respond to clients’ needs thoughtfully.
