In this role, you will build innovative, first‑of‑their‑kind applications that shape how Life Science companies operate. You will help translate ambiguous commercial challenges into high‑value prototypes that accelerate product adoption and fuel the growth of our GenAI platform portfolio.\nResponsibilities Partner with client stakeholders to understand commercial use cases and deliver rapid prototypes and proofs‑of‑concept that demonstrate the value of our GenAI product platform.\nCollaborate directly with commercial and medical affairs teams at top Life Sciences companies to identify unmet needs and, in close collaboration with product managers, business leads, and designers, translate them into actionable engineering solutions with outstanding user experiences.\nDevelop high‑quality code, data pipelines, and model integrations that power rapid experimentation.\nImplement and refine solutions that can turn into scalable, production‑ready systems using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, search frameworks, and multi‑modal GenAI capabilities.\nConduct demos, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to maximize client adoption and impact.\nCollaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to transition prototypes into scalable product features.\nContribute to engineering best practices, documentation, and shared tooling.\nQualifications 6‑8 years of professional software engineering experience.\nStrong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, Python, cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), and modern engineering patterns.\nExperience building or integrating AI/ML and GenAI systems.\nStrong communication abilities and comfort interacting with non‑technical client stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently in dynamic, client‑facing environments.\nPrior experience working with Life Sciences or Biotech companies strongly preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nBenefits Starting salary of $145,000 and upward.\nEligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement Trinity Life Sciences is an equal opportunity employer; committed to creating a community of inclusion, and an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
