We have committed 5% of annual profits back annually to local causes that support community, inclusion, and access to the outdoors.\nWe're hiring a Packaging Operator 1 to assist packaging cider in cans and kegs on our modern production line.\nWhat You'll Do:\nMust be able to work with a team-oriented, “Safety First” approach. Safely, efficiently, and effectively work to attain department and cidery objectives.\nSafely and efficiently operate Packaging Department equipment/machinery as assigned to meet cidery and qualty goals.\nMust be receptive to working in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with others.\nConduct proper sanitation duties. Involving the complete cleaning of all the equipment within the facility.\nPerform work and cleaning in confined space areas such as a tunnel Pasteurizer or cartoner.\nAble to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.\nAny other duties not yet assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to build and maintain positive working relationships with all team peers and customers.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to be flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment.\nSelf-starter, proactive.\nDemonstrated ability to be successful in a collaborative team environment.\nHighly effective multi-tasker; resourceful with a “get-it-done, can-do” attitude.\nProficient with Computer systems and automated equipment.
