Made Possible.\n\nSheeter Operator\n\nPosition Purpose:\n\n• Participates in overall product outcome associated with Sheeter Department.\n• Interprets and documents standards related to product performance/quality\n• Assists in the maintenance and set up of equipment for customer product\n• Supervision for position is random.\n\nJob Functions:\n\n• Must be able to operate and be familiar with the sheetfed print requirements.\n• Must be able to direct Roll Tender in daily tasks to achieve department goals.\n• Must keep Department Manager and Department lead informed of Safety, Quality, or Production issues or improvement opportunities\n• Must be able to handle re-stacking stock\n• Must become familiar with technical aspects of Sheeter and be able to troubleshoot if needed.\n• Must be able to assist with CI sorting.\n• Must be familiar with SAP.\n• Must be able to work towards achieving department goals.\n• Prefer 6 months as Roll Tender.\n• Performs other organizational duties as required.\n• Must take direction from Shift Supervisor.\n• Directly involved in responsibilities / actions related to all Food Safety Programs.\n• In the absence of Sheeter Operator, daily responsibilities will be transferred to another qualified associate.\n\nJob Specifications:\n\n• Knowledge-H.S. Education or equivalent, make-ready operations, computer literate.\n• Able to use SAP systems.\n• Skills-Mechanical, communication.\n• Abilities-Good attendance, guide teams/processes, ability to work alone\n\nSafe Quality Food Responsibilities:\n\nResponsible for compliance with all facility food safety and quality policies and procedures including product safety (GMP’s)/Sanitation policies and procedures (SQF).
