Transaction Reports (STR).\nBuild, maintain, and optimize Sanctions screening capabilities within the Actimize environment to support AML and compliance workflows.\nDevelop high-quality Java applications with a solid understanding of the Java memory model.\nWrite and optimize complex SQL queries and work across multiple database platforms.\nImplement cloud-native and 12-factor application patterns in distributed systems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps workflows.\nWork with event-streaming technologies such as Kafka to build scalable integrations.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the full stack.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong background in software engineering, demonstrated through professional experience or education.\nHands-on experience with NICE Actimize Case Management (ActOne / RCM) development.\nProven experience in planning and executing ActOne platform upgrades.\nDirect experience developing ActOne/RCM custom Java plug-ins.\nSpecialized experience in FinCEN regulatory filing implementations (SAR, CTR, STR).\nApplied experience with NICE Actimize Sanctions screening modules and compliance rule configurations.\nProficiency in SQL and database query optimization across platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar.\nKnowledge of 12-factor and cloud-native design principles on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or PCF.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium) and methodologies like TDD or BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin).\nExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, or GitHub Actions).\nExperience using Kafka for
