The Returns Data Entry will be responsible for coordinating returned item data daily and entering data as required.\n\nYour Impact The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:\n\nSupports the leadership team and inspectors with data entry. Maintains excellent service standards to other departments within the organization. Interfaces with key staff by phone email or in person Ensures emails are responded to daily. Enters Data as needed by the Returns Department and or the Customer Service Department Collaborate well with other departments.\n\nWho You Are\n\nMust be able to take responsibility and ownership of their work.\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\nPossesses a high degree of dependability and integrity.\nMust be able to work with little supervision.\n\nWe’d love to hear from people with\n\nCreates and runs reports as needed.\nResearch issues and maintain audits.\nCross trains in other departments and provides support when needed.\nCoordinates safety training for departments and ensures proper documentation is completed.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to speak effectively in front of groups of employees.\nBilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not preferred.\nProficient in Excel\nExperience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.\nHighly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter\nExperience using a WMS (Warehouse Management System) High-up is a plus\nKnowledge of warehouse related software.\n\n$19.47 - $21.88\n\nThe salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in:\n\nUS - IN US8 Midwest Distribution Center\n\nIndividual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
