Project Manager – ManufacturingLocation: Fairfield, NJEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleTitanium Fabrication Corporation (TiFab) is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead fabrication projects for defense, chemical, and oil & gas customers. In this role, you'll manage projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in scope.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented project leader with manufacturing experience who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and serve as the primary customer interface throughout the fabrication lifecycle.What You'll DoCoordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute projectsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetDefine project scope, objectives, and technical requirements with stakeholdersDevelop and manage detailed project schedules and timelinesTrack progress and adjust plans to meet delivery targetsManage scope, schedule, and cost changes using structured processesServe as the primary point of contact for customers during fabricationOversee material procurement and vendor purchasing as neededSupport Quality Control and Purchasing functions when requiredCreate and maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentationMust-Have Skills and ExperienceProven experience in project management within a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and project executionWorking knowledge of fabrication, machining, or industrial production environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft ProjectNice-to-Have SkillsFormal Project Management training or certificationEngineering degree or technical backgroundKnowledge of welding and machining processesExperience with military specifications or defense contractsWho You AreHands-on project manager comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing settingStrong communicator who can interface with customers and internal teamsDetail-oriented and organized with strong follow-throughAble to manage multiple projects and shifting prioritiesCollaborative and solution-focusedAdditional DetailsSalary Range: $95,000-115,000Hiring Need: ImmediateBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending account
