Job Title: Senior Techno-Functional SAP SD Deployment LeadLocation: Remote (with occasional travel)Contract Type: Freelance (Full-time)Duration: Long-termIndustry: Pharma / MedTech🚀 OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Techno-Functional SAP SD Deployment Lead to support a large-scale S/4HANA transformation programme within the Pharma/MedTech space.This is a long-term contract where you will take ownership of SAP SD deployments, leading delivery and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams across multiple rollouts.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP SD deployments within a global S/4HANA programmeDrive end-to-end delivery across design, build, test, and deployment phasesAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teamsLead and coordinate large, cross-functional teams across multiple locationsFacilitate workshops and translate business requirements into SAP SD solutionsOversee system configuration, integration, and solution design within S/4HANAEnsure alignment with global templates and deployment standardsManage risks, dependencies, and timelines across SAP SD deliveryLead UAT, cutover planning, and go-live activitiesProvide leadership and guidance to functional and technical consultants🧠 Required ExperienceExtensive experience as an SAP SD Consultant within S/4HANA environmentsProven experience leading SAP SD deployments (essential)Strong techno-functional expertise (configuration + solution design)Strong experience with intercompany processes (STO, billing, cross-company flows)Experience leading large, distributed teamsStrong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) / SD processesProven track record in global rollout / deployment programmesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in Pharma or MedTech projects (essential)⭐ Nice to HaveExposure to Conga (CLM/CPQ) or similar contract/document management toolsExperience with global template rolloutsIntegration knowledge (e.g. FI, MM, TM, EDI)Experience working in regulated environments💼 What’s on OfferLong-term, stable freelance engagementOpportunity to work on a large-scale S/4HANA transformationFlexible remote setup with some travelCollaborative, international project environment
