Fractional HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to take full ownership of our HubSpot environment and ensure it runs efficiently, accurately, and reliably.This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or advisory position. We're seeking someone who knows HubSpot inside and out, can work independently, and is comfortable jumping into an existing setup to optimize, troubleshoot, and improve processes with minimal guidance.What You'll DoOwn and manage our HubSpot instance on a day-to-day basis.Configure and maintain accurate attribution models to properly track lead sources and campaign performance.Ensure lead capture, tracking, segmentation, and routing processes function correctly across marketing channels.Manage and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and external platforms, including LinkedIn and other marketing tools.Diagnose and resolve platform issues, workflow errors, and reporting discrepancies quickly and effectively.Maintain workflows, lists, automations, and data hygiene to ensure operational excellence.Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.Support reporting and analytics efforts by ensuring data accuracy and consistency.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot Marketing Operations or a similar operations-focused role with HubSpot as the primary platform.Proven experience owning and managing a HubSpot instance end-to-end.Strong knowledge of HubSpot workflows, automation, lead management, attribution, reporting, and integrations.Ability to work autonomously with minimal onboarding and ramp up quickly in an existing environment.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, reliable data.Nice to HaveExperience supporting B2B lead generation programs.Strong understanding of paid social attribution, particularly LinkedIn Ads.Familiarity with CRM syncs, advertising platforms, reporting tools, and other common HubSpot integrations.HubSpot Certifications, including:Marketing Hub SoftwareReporting📍 Remote | Part-Time (20 hours/week)
