We are seeking Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering students to join our co-op program.\nCorteva's co-op program provides undergraduate engineering students first-hand experience working for a global company in the agriculture industry and the opportunity to evaluate Corteva as a potential full-time employer. The program is aimed at students who are in the early stages of their academic careers (Sophomore preferred) and is a collaboration between Corteva and universities providing students with paid work experiences during their studies towards a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline that Corteva seeks.\nStudents in the program are encouraged to try different engineering roles as they progress from one assignment to the next. The work assignments give students realistic, hands-on experience similar to what they might expect to encounter as a full-time Corteva employee in a comparable entry level role. The assignments also provide students with opportunities for personal development by integrating classroom knowledge with practical work and allow them to demonstrate their skills for future career opportunities.\nIn the Engineering & Manufacturing organization at Corteva, you will have opportunities to do the following:\nWork in a dynamic, team environment that leverages the resources of our large organization.\nDevelop an understanding of the manufacturing environment.\nWork with experienced manufacturing and engineering professionals during your work assignments\nAdopt and follow Corteva's core values of safety, ethics, respect for people, and environmental stewardship both on a personal and business level\nWork in a business casual environment with flexible work/life opportunities\nStudents working in Production Engineering co-op or internship assignments at Corteva will be expected to provide general support for production engineers in a manufacturing plant at various Corteva locations around the United States.
