This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to innovative manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.\nDuties\nThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.\nRead and interpret blueprint specifications to determine procedures and operational sequence.\nSet up, adjust and operate equipment with limited supervision.\nOperate various hand tools, power hand tools to make finish adjustments to products.\nUse a variety of precision measuring devices to set up and adjust work and verify conformance of work to specifications.\nTroubleshoot operating, material and tooling problems.\nPerform general preventive maintenance work on tools and equipment.\nGuide assisting personnel on correct procedures.\nProcess all necessary documentation and paperwork for processes completed.\nFollow all clean up and housekeeping procedures.\nComply with all quality, safety and sanitation regulations.\nSatisfy the required hours of the department.\nQualifications\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\nAble to speak effectively with employees of the organization.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule forms.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
