Learn more at www.Vishay.com.\r\nSiC Process Development\r\nLead the development and optimization of SiC unit processes, including ion implantation and activation anneals, oxidation, dielectric deposition, etch, wafer surface preparation, and metallization.\r\nEstablish robust process windows, control plans, and specifications to meet electrical performance, reliability, and yield targets.\r\nDrive DOE-based experiments to understand process interactions and continuously improve performance.\r\nManufacturing Ramp & Technology Transfer\r\nOwn the transfer of processes from R&D to pilot and high-volume manufacturing, ensuring scalability and manufacturability.\r\nSupport capacity ramp by improving cycle time, tool matching, and cost of ownership.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve process and manufacturability challenges during ramp-up.\r\nProcess Control, Yield & Reliability\r\nImplement advanced process control strategies, including SPC and fault detection systems.\r\nPartner with yield and quality teams to identify and eliminate yield limiters.\r\nEnsure compliance with automotive-grade quality and reliability standards.\r\nDrive continuous improvements in process capability (Cp/Cpk) and defectivity reduction.\r\nLeadership & Team Development\r\nBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of SiC process engineers.\r\nDefine technical direction, priorities, and development plans aligned with business goals.\r\nPromote a culture of data-driven decision-making, accountability, and safety.\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration\r\nCollaborate closely with device design, TCAD, equipment engineering, manufacturing operations, and quality teams.\r\nServe as the key technical interface with equipment and material suppliers to drive innovation and problem-solving.\r\nWhat you will bring along\r\nBachelor's degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
