This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally within the exciting field of marine recreation, engaging with a diverse clientele and continually expanding your knowledge in scuba and freediving. Key Responsibilities (expected but not exhaustive): Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, bookings, and equipment needs. Engage with customers, sharing expertise and passion for scuba and freediving. Contribute to the daily operations of the dive shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment. Maintain an organized and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Continuously expand personal knowledge and certifications in scuba and freediving. Qualifications: A profound passion for marine environments and aquatic activities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine enjoyment of meeting new people. A strong sense of punctuality and reliability (ability to be in the right place at the right time). Prior experience in customer service or the dive industry is advantageous but not strictly required for highly motivated candidates. Typical shift: 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM Location: This is an in-person position located in Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. Relocation to Kailua-Kona, HI is required prior to commencing employment.
