A company is looking for a Regional Agronomy Lead in Ohio. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of agronomists and sales representatives Cultivate relationships with growers and retailers to drive market share growth Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities Required Qualifications Master's degree in an associated field with five years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with eight years of experience Willingness to maintain or obtain a Certified Crop Advisor certification within one year Desire to mentor a team and assist in achieving sales targets Engagement in customer sales calls and support for Precision Agronomists Must reside in the U.S. and live within the desired territory
