You'll own the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding and employee experience to performance management, compliance, and offboarding-while also driving culture-building programs, employee engagement, and company events.This is a highly visible role for someone who is proactive, organized, people-first, and excited to make an impact.ResponsibilitiesPeople Operations & Employee ExperienceOwn and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compensation updates, promotions, and offboardingContinuously improve onboarding processes to create a seamless and engaging new hire experienceConduct exit interviews and identify trends and opportunities for improvementTrack annual performance review cycles and support managers through the processMaintain employee records, HR systems, and organizational reporting with accuracy and confidentialitySupport compliance initiatives including required trainings, policy updates, and documentationAdminister day-to-day HR operations across systems including ADP, GSuite, Slack, and related toolsPartner with leadership on employee relations, engagement, and people strategy initiatives Culture, Engagement & Internal ProgramsLead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programsPlan and execute company social events, happy hours, and team-building experiences across all locationsOwn logistics and execution for company retreats and in-person gatheringsCoordinate conference prep, company swag, gifting, and partner experiencesManage Uber accounts, reporting, and event transportation logisticsHelp foster and strengthen AdAction's culture across a remote-first environment Experience & Qualifications2-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related People & Culture roleStrong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR best practicesExceptional organization and project management skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligenceHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential informationExperience with HRIS platforms such as ADP or similar systemsExperience planning internal events, retreats, or employee engagement programs is a strong plusA proactive mindset and genuine passion for building strong teams and workplace culture Why AdAction?Health, dental, and vision insuranceUp to 6% 401(k) matchGenerous PTO + company holidaysPaid parental leaveFlexible remote-first work environmentTeam outings, happy hours, and in-person eventsWeekly UberEats creditHome office stipendLearning & development stipendWellness stipend
