About the Opportunity:The Lead, Project Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing procurement planning and coordination across multiple large instrumentation and control (I&C) and work package breakdown (WPB) projects. The position contributes to risk management, compliance, and process improvements within procurement programs, impacting the successful delivery of projects.3. Responsibilities:• Develop and execute project procurement strategies• Build relationships with business unit project teams to support I&C and WPB projects• Coordinate procurement activities to align with project objectives• Contribute to project planning and approval processes• Lead program-level risk management, compliance, and performance monitoring• Collaborate to improve sourcing strategies and supplier engagement• Monitor key performance indicators and report to senior leadership• Guide procurement process improvements and digitization efforts• Mentor procurement project managers• Support development of procurement strategies with Offer and Project Teams• Identify demand, potential suppliers, and establish communication channels• Assist Commercial Teams in sourcing strategy execution• Analyze costs to identify and achieve cost improvements• Develop strategies to optimize supplier cost and value• Manage supplier relationships and resolve contract performance issues• Ensure compliance with regulatory and procurement procedures• Manage supply commitments, purchase orders, and contract changes• Support Accounts Payables in resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies• Utilize Best-Cost Country Sourcing, focusing on middle/eastern Europe4. Requirements:• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent; Business or Engineering degree preferred• Minimum 8 years experience in supply chain management and large projects• At least 3 years in program management• Preferred experience in sourcing and supplier management within the nuclear sector• Ability to travel up to 10%5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Base salary range estimated between $100,800 to $126,000 per year, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills.6.
