This team is empowering by design: you'll be trusted to own outcomes, influence decisions, and grow your craft while working alongside empathetic teammates who genuinely care about customer success and each other.\r\nBasic Qualifications\r\nRecent graduate with a BS (Bachelor of Science) in math, statistics, economics, engineering, or a quantitative discipline, and a GPA of 3.5 or above\r\nExposure via coursework or internships to enterprise software, business processes, or project based work, eager to build a career in SaaS implementation\r\nExposure to supply chain, logistics, or transportation through relevant coursework or internships\r\nPassionate about helping customers see the value of FourKites and advocating for their success\r\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt style across different stakeholders and organizational cultures\r\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort translating between technical and business concepts, including clear documentation\r\nComfortable working with enterprise software tools (CRMs, project management platforms, spreadsheets and data tools), AI tools and genuine interest in how AI is changing implementation workflows\r\nCollaborative mindset, adaptable to shifting priorities, and comfortable helping keep teams and meetings aligned\r\nCoachable and growth oriented, with a willingness to learn from feedback\r\nAble and willing to travel to customer sites - 30% or higher\r\nCompensation The expected annual base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs.
