Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:\nCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.\nEnsure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetary constraints.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules to monitor and report progress.\nManage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs while adhering to company procedures.\nMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating issues as needed.\nCultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.\nTrack project performance to analyze short and long-term goal achievement.\nCollaborate closely with the Senior Superintendent and Site Superintendent to ensure successful project execution, providing support and coordination while maintaining responsibility for overall project management.\nCoordinate subcontractor agreements and procurement, including material procurement and delivery schedules.\nResolve conflicts and implement effective problem-solving strategies to minimize disruptions.\nOversee project closeout activities, including final invoicing and documentation submission.\nReport project financials, progress, schedule changes, and any other critical updates to the executive leadership team on a weekly basis, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.\nWork with the Safety Department to actively monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with both company policies and industry regulations, to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.\nIdentify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address any issues proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.\nOversee the quality of work being completed, ensuring all tasks meet the required standards and specifications.
