Together, we can build a future where every person with cancer feels truly cared for, in every moment that matters.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nAs a Thyme Care Practice Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare providers by delivering seamless remote administrative and patient care coordination. Your efforts will ensure efficient telehealth visits, enhance patient experience, and contribute to the overall success of our virtual care operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nScheduling & Patient Coordination:\nSchedule, reschedule, and confirm (virtual) patient appointments.\nManage provider calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.\nTelehealth Support:\nInitiate and troubleshoot telehealth visits for patients and providers.\nGuide patients through virtual check-in and technology setup.\nAdministrative Duties:\nCollect member consents for virtual appointments.\nVerify insurance benefits and collect copays/deductibles.\nProcess and send clinical notes, referrals, and consents to providers.\nMaintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and patient data.\nProvider Support (Non-Clinical Tasks):\nAssist NPs/MDs with documentation, forms, and prescription requests.\nEnsure HIPAA compliance during virtual interactions and data handling.\nQualifications:\nAM Availability / Bilingual\nPrior experience in administrative roles, virtual assistance, or telehealth support preferred.\nOncology experience preferred.\nStrong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.\nProficiency with EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and basic technical troubleshooting.\nCompassionate, patient-centric approach with a commitment to high-quality care.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.\nWHAT YOU’VE DONE\nAfter your first three months, you will:\nHave completed training and be up to speed on Thyme Care tools, processes, and expectations.\nBe comfortable with and correctly follow Care Team policies and procedures, escalation pathways, communications best practices, and documentation standards.\nGenerate daily member reports and assist with day-to-day functions to help prepare our healthcare provider team for consultations.\nProvide inbound telephonic, text, fax, and email support for our members.\nBe able to identify and triage a member's needs to connect them with our Care Teams for clinical support and care coordination.\nSchedule patient and provider visits.\nContribute to special projects or data entry, including the growth of our virtual medical practice and stop-gap process execution.\nWHAT LEADS TO SUCCESS\nPeople-first.
