Ability to move throughout the office and perform light lifting as needed to assist guests, staff, and deliveries.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally, as needed, in a standard office setting.Key Job ResponsibilitiesGreet guests, visitors, and staff professionally. Answer, screen, and route calls accurately. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked. Handle mail, deliveries, visitor access, supplies, and clerical tasks.RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines. Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and by email. Ability to complete basic clerical tasks such as filing, copying, faxing, and organizing supplies. Professional attitude, appearance, and customer service approach. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and prioritize tasks. High school diploma required; office management certification preferred.
